FAQ

Is your jewellery water safe?

Most of our jewellery pieces are water safe, but please check the product description for specific details. If they are specified as PVD plated or water proof, they can be worn in water and will not tarnish.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewellery is designed to be hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Please check the description for each piece to confirm its hypoallergenic properties. Generally, items with a base metal of steel are safe for sensitive ears. While sensitive skin can occasionally react to nickel and lead, rest assured that our jewellery is free from these materials.

What is PVD plating?

PVD plating, or Physical Vapour Deposition, is an advanced technique that involves vaporising gold in a vacuum chamber and depositing it as a thin, highly durable layer onto the base metal. This process employs high temperatures and precise control to create a strong bond, resulting in a finish that is exceptionally resistant to scratches, corrosion, and tarnishing.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?

We primarily use steel and brass as the base metal for our jewellery. For specific details, please refer to the individual product descriptions.

How to clean my jewellery?

For waterproof or PVD-plated jewellery, gently soak it overnight in warm water with dish soap to revive its shine. For regular gold-plated pieces that are not waterproof, we recommend using a polishing cloth to restore it's lustre.
