How many people can I bring to my appointment?
Each 30 min appointment accommodates up to 2 people. For larger groups or if you would like more than 2 pieces of permanent jewellery, please book an additional appointment directly after your initial booking.
Is permanent jewellery actually permanent?
Our permanent jewellery is crafted from high-quality, tarnish-resistant materials and custom-fitted before being seamlessly welded in place. Designed for everyday wear, each piece is both durable and refined.While made to last for years, it is still a fine, delicate chain and not indestructible. It may break if pulled or caught, so we recommend treating it with care. We are not responsible for lost chains; however, we can assist with re-welding if the piece is retained.
Does it hurt to get permanent jewellery?
Not at all. The process is quick, safe and completely painless. The weld is done in seconds and does not come into contact with your skin.
Will it tarnish or change colour?
We use high-quality, tarnish-resistant materials such as PVD, 14K gold fill and sterling silver. With proper care, your jewellery will maintain its colour and shine for many years to come. Sterling silver may naturally oxidise, especially when exposed to salt water, sweat or chemicals, but this is normal and can easily be restored with a polishing cloth.
Can I go through airport security with it?
Yes, permanent jewellery is safe to wear through airport security and won’t need to be removed for travel.
Do I need to take it off for medical appointments?
Some medical procedures, including MRIs, X-rays or surgeries may require you to remove your jewellery. It can be easily cut off at the jump ring using nail clippers or pliers and simply re-welded afterwards if needed.
Who is permanent jewellery not suitable for?
Permanent jewellery may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend avoiding this service if you have a pacemaker or certain medical devices, and seeking medical advice if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.
It is also not suitable for those with severe metal sensitivities or anyone who cannot tolerate the feeling of metal on their skin.
For safety reasons, we do not offer permanent jewellery to children under 13. If you are unsure, please consult your medical professional prior to your appointment.
